1. Issue NDC i.r.o. superannuating employees to the concerned sectional heads

2. Take D&A, Vigilance and Asset accounting clearances i.r.o. superannuating employees

3. Check Leave balance in PT50 and ZBAL i.r.o. superannuating employee. In case of any mismatch in the leave balance displayed in PT50 and ZBAL, please analyze and then raise issue to ICE Team for correcting the same.

4. Initiate Preparation for Separation through PA40 with date as 'employee's superannuating date'. Select the reason for separation as '41 Superannuation' in the next screen and save, Select 'Date of Retirement' in Task Type and Enter 'Employee's superannuating date' in the next screen and save, Cancel basic pay screen, Enter number of EL as per PT50 or ZBAL (ensure that EL balance is same as per both PT50 and ZBAL) in No. to compensate and save, Cancel Date specifications screen.

5. Inform I/c Establishment to unlock IT-416 record

6. Initiate Terminal benefits workflow through ZTERM. Enter CPF No, Type of Separation as '41 Superannuation', Last Working day as 'Employee's superannuating date', Test Run-'Yes' and execute. Take printout of the sheet and go back. Select Test Run-'No' and execute and save. Note down the Workflow No. on the printout and then forward to I/c ESTT., I/c PCS and I/c HR-ER for approval.

7. After the approval of workflow by I/c HR-ER, I/c Establishment has to execute Retirement action in PA40.

8. Take Printout of Gratuity Order through Print Office Order ( in PA 30), Layout No.631. Enter the necessary details and distribute the copies to the concerned employee, I/c PCS and Personal File.

9. Prepare Service Certificate and Bio-Data of the employee

10. Ensure that the claims (CPF, PRBS, CSSS) submitted by the employee are forwarded by I/c Establishment. Please note that employee may retain CPF amount till 3 years after superannuation.
