Pinned topic Observing pressure in A and B section of a well without gas injection

A well without gas injection with STHP approx 60 kg, is having A section pressure 120 kg/cm2, and B section pressure 15 Kg/cm2. 

1.What may be the reasons for this aforementioned situation?

2.What steps should done from the surface  side in such case?
