How to Use the Excel PREPR Tool
The Excel workbook is divided into two distinct sheets tailored to your needs:

Create Sheet: For creating new purchase requisitions.

Both sheets operate similarly, providing fields for all necessary data to be entered before pushing the data into SAP via the macro.
Step-by-Step Instructions

Fill in Data:
Begin by populating all WHITE cells on the respective sheet (“Create” or “Edit”) with the required information. These cells designate where input is expected. -
Mandatory Fields:
Pay special attention to fields highlighted in RED—these are compulsory and must be completed to proceed successfully. In addition update the Priority Tage (Choose from the dropdown between 'EMERGENCY' and 'NORMAL'. -
Log into SAP:
Before running the macro, ensure that you are logged into your SAP environment. The Excel file will communicate with SAP only while you are logged in. -
Start the Macro:
Once all relevant fields are filled, click the START button embedded within the Excel sheet to activate the macro. The tool will process the data and interact with SAP to create or edit the PREPR accordingly.
